With over 20 years of experience, it’s like a second nature to her to design & implement need bases programs and continuously assess programs that they meet the needs of the community.

Hemambika has been with Vathsalya for almost 17 years initially working as a nurse taking care of all the medical needs of all the children and monitoring their growth and development. She currently oversees the Child Development Center. She so willingly at the community level, besides being responsible for care at the center.

Her main role is to run the Income Generation Program, her background in Microenterprise helps her to gauge the turnover of business and provide sound business counselling to all clients under this program. She engages the parents in regular activities facilitating Family strengthening.
